portable bicycle water pump
When you connect to the bike, you can even transport the pump and stand together.
There is no modification to the bike.
Just a little impact and cutting on the pump.
It can pull the water down from 10 feet and push it up 30 feet.
\"What to buy from the shelf\" is what I want to show you.
That\'s what I did.
By the way, the portable part is just accidental design.
It seems simple now, but it is not.
It took me a few hours to find the right combination.
Cheers, the top of the hose in the video is about 19 feet.

You need to be able to open the valve easily to get water.
Only one of these springs opens and pushes it off.
You can even exchange springs with springs.

The goal of ValveThe this step is to create a friction wheel for the bicycle tire, run on the friction wheel and thus pump water.
This requires you to cut off the top of the pump and expose the friction wheel. 1.
Start by removing all electronic devices. 2.
Take the pump apart by removing all the bolts that hold the pump together.
Now as in the picture, cut off the top in the middle of the pump motor.
Be very careful not to break the cheap pot metal! ! ! ! 4.
Take off the brush
The metal is very cheap, so take your time.
When you separate everything, you have to hammer out the center bar.
See exactly what photo you want.
This is actually the best part of the project because you can take apart some really good things. 5.
Now put everything back together and the shaft and turbine parts should be free to rotate.
In this step, we will connect the pump to the bike frame.
This will include removing the bike holder resistance wheel, bending some metal, drilling and connecting the pump. 1.
Remove the trainer weight/wheel/black plastic friction regulator.
Make sure to keep the adjustment knob and plate attached to the weight/wheel/black plastic friction regulator. 2.
Now the two flaps that will be attached to the regulator board are bent flat. 3.
Place the pump square on the regulator board and drill 2 holes aligned with the hole at the bottom of the pump. 1.
Now connect the pump to the position where the weight/wheel/black plastic friction regulator is located.
Please review how I did it.
I used some social party splints with 2 holes and orange water bottle bolts.
We call it the back of the pump. 2.
Depending on the bike you are going to use, you may have to add a gasket to the front of the pump.
This will ensure that the tires have enough space to impact the rotation axis in the middle of the pump. 3.
Now fix the bolts at the front of the pump.
I\'m using a zip tie right now.
You\'re done and almost ready to pump water. . .
In this step, we will connect the inlet and outlet hoses. 1.
Connect the ball valve to a Pex pipe of 1 inch or 3/4 and place it in some water below 10 feet. 2.
Connect the other end to the inlet using the 1 inch threaded male end of the Pex pipe adapter.
If you don\'t have the Pex curling tool, you can connect it to the Pex side using the snake bite adapter, no tools are required. 3.
Now connect the 1 inch or 3/4 pipe to the socket and run it to where you want it to be.
I used the 1/2 Pex pipe to get more pressure but the 3/4 should work.
Not sure if I have more pressure.
I lifted the water by 30 feet.
I use the Pex pipe because it is flexible and a bit cheap, but you can use whatever you want.
I do not recommend using the garden hose on the intake tube as it will collapse but you can use its outlet. 1.
Now connect the bike to the stand by following the bike stand instructions. 2.
Use the knob regulator to rotate the pump onto the bike wheel, creating some pressure between the two. 3.
Optimize the pump according to the instructions. 3.
Jump on a bike and start riding a bike.
You may have to call the water inlet several times before it is filled with water.
The water is sucked through the foot valve but does not flow out of the foot valve.
You should be fine once the water reaches the pump all the time.
I do understand that if you remove the foot valve, place the contour end of the pump in a bucket of water, and then pedal back, it fills the system from top to bottom.
Once you feel that you have cleared all the air in the system, connect the foot valve and start pedaling forward.
On my bike, I can fold the bike stand and pour the pump over for a ride. 1.
Broken legs. 2.
Swing the bike frame and pump to the back of the bike all the way to the seat. 3.
Connect the pump and rack to the seat tube with a good strap. 4.
Take it for a ride.
